We always welcome new patients whether from a referral of a Doctor, an Existing Patient of Family Member.
We are always welcoming new patients! Please read below for more information on scheduling your first visit.

Can I receive PT services without a physician’s referral?
Consumers are not required to have a referral in order to receive physical therapy services in the State of Washington. Physical Therapy services may be obtained without a referral if you are a private pay or a cash-paying client receiving health and wellness services. In addition, some insurance companies will pay for an initial evaluation and/or treatment without referral for reimbursement. Our office can call and verify your insurance benefits.

To Make an Appointment
Have your doctor’s prescription available.
If you haven’t seen your doctor yet, feel free to contact us as you might not need a referral for an initial evaluation, otherwise we can assist in obtaining a referral for further treatment.

EPIC Physical Therapy employs the most up-to-date and state-of-the art pain relief and mobility modality treatments available; you won’t see a lot of unnecessary complex equipment in any of our clinics because we believe in providing solutions that can easily be reproduced at home.

At EPIC Physical Therapy we are committed to making our care affordable so more people can gain access to our therapy services. We also offer a financial hardship program AND a no-fee monthly payment program for those who simply need a helping hand.

Flexible Appointment Scheduling - We make scheduling appointments easy and convenient for you with four convenient Physical Therapy Clinics. We also have extended office hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for busy professionals, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays by special appointment.
To change, cancel or reschedule your appointment, our Office Staff will gladly assist you! If you are in extreme pain, or recently had surgery, we make it a priority to accommodate you by scheduling your sessions promptly get you in and see you quickly - often on the same day! The greater the need, the greater the priority!

We recommend scheduling a series of appointments to stay on track with your physical rehabilitation or situation. This will help increase your recovery to greater well being.
