As persons who have struggled with maintaining health & wellness over the last 40 years - we always believed that it is something we could learn to live with, - but as we move into the Fall and Winter of our lives we are concerned with our Lifestyle, the quality of life and that of our Friends, Family and our Associates. 

 

Every where we turn, look and observe and find another relationship we have going through personally or knowing someone with case of Heart Disease, Diabetes or someone entering a battle with Cancer.  Then we see in documentaries like "Forks over Knives", or "What the Health" on Netflix - we speak or attend a talk by  some progressive Doctors, Health Professionals and Nutritionists that tell us we can change our Vision of Wellness literally from the inside out. That Food is Medicine.
